Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced program directors to help train AI language models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

You will lead cross-functional programs, own the reporting cadence to steering committees, and apply expert PowerPoint craftsmanship to create and refine AI-generated presentations and portfolio materials for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs and coordinate AI-generated presentation work streams.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for executive audiences.
• Oversee reporting cadences: steering committee decks, status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestones, and portfolio materials.
