Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior program manager to help train an advanced language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will manage cross-functional programs and establish reporting cadences for steering committee decks, program status reports, risk exhibits, and executive summaries.

Responsibilities include creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations, ensuring high-quality slide craftsmanship, and communicating clearly with executives on timelines and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional programs to train AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks for steering committee, risk, and milestone reviews.
• Maintain and improve reporting cadences for executive audiences through reports and one-pagers.
