Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network backed by leading investors, is seeking experienced program managers and PMO leaders to help train the latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible role fits 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-functional programs that create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations, executive escalation one-pagers, and portfolio review materials.
