Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking a bold, strategic Programmatic Strategist to lead day-to-day management of programmatic clients and develop campaigns across DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk. You’ll drive strategy, optimization, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In a remote-first environment, you’ll engage with B2B SaaS clients, manage multi-channel initiatives, and present recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic roles (B2B SaaS a plus).
• Hands-on media buying using DSPs, DV360 and The Trade Desk experience.
• Proven ability to plan, buy, and measure programmatic campaigns.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: manage and optimize campaigns across DSPs.
• Strategy Development: create media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Data Integration: use first- and third-party data for targeting.
• Planning and Setup: build programmatic campaigns across DSPs (DV360, TTD).
• Optimization: monitor and improve performance and pacing.
• Reporting: produce performance insights and recommendations.
• Troubleshooting: resolve delivery and performance issues.
• Team Collaboration: work with creative, analytics and account teams.
• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary client contact.
• Presentation: present plans and results to clients.
