Job summary

Mothers Against Drunk Driving is seeking a proactive program administrator to organize and manage underage drinking and drunk driving prevention programs at state and local levels. Responsibilities include liaison, reporting, and achieving performance objectives, with potential involvement in fundraising.

The role is remote but must reside in the Jackson, MS area, offering a $50,000 annual salary and opportunities to develop grant-driven programs and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience with community awareness, education, partnership and youth programs.
• Willing to travel; flexible hours required.
• Non-Profit fundraising experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and with others; maintain professionalism.
• Proficient in data tracking and reporting; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to achieve objectives and market the program to community agencies.
• Manage implementation and logistics of prevention programs through training design and facilitation.
• Organize orientation, evaluation meetings, facilitator training, and parent/student workshops.
• Source and recruit volunteers; provide training and motivation.
• Maintain tracking and data collection of programs and grant results; prepare financial reports.
• Participate in National program evaluation measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
