Chipton-Ross, Inc. is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3 for a contract/remote opportunity in Plymouth, MN.

The role emphasizes detailed analysis of schedules, resources, and costs across multiple programs and contracts, with development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and adoption of scheduling best practices. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in planning/scheduling or a Master’s with 3+ years, and experience with MS Project and Deltek/Open

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling, or Master's with 3+ years.
Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project and SSI Tools.
Program Controls.
Schedule Risk Analysis.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts.
Make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to leadership.
Interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.
Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives and ensure integration.
Implement scheduling best practices: DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861, EVMS, Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Health Metrics.
Provide weekly status and reporting.
Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits.
Other duties as assigned.
