The ideal candidate will have extensive scheduling experience, EVMS proficiency, and strong MS Office/Project skills, plus visibility into risk analysis and schedule variances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience or Master’s with 3 years, or Associate’s with 7 years, or HS diploma with 9 years related experience.
• Scheduling and planning experience.
• Experience with EVMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Project.
• Active U.S. government Secret Clearance and program access within a reasonable period.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality.
• Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts and earned value management to gauge progress and guide actions on critical areas.
