Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a program planning/scheduling professional to join our Naval directorate planning team. You will develop, maintain, and analyze the IMS for complex programs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide schedule analytics and acceleration techniques.

The role requires hands-on IMS management, experience with MS Project and other EVMS tools, and the ability to work onsite in support of a DoD program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret clearance required (U.S. citizenship required).
• Experience using software for creating and maintaining industry schedules (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan or similar).

Responsibilities

• Onsite development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project.
• Detail planning and maintenance of IMS to reflect contractual changes and baselines.
• Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements across all phases.
• Resource-load IMS with target budgets and cost/schedule integration, traceable to production scope.
• Conduct IMS analysis, communicate schedule status and what-if analyses to stakeholders.
• Support EAC and LRE processes related to the Program IMS.
• Develop and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
