Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst at Level 3 or 4. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for multiple programs, analyzing schedule performance, and presenting findings to leadership.

The role requires strong experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan) and EVMS/IPMR practices, plus the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Dulles, VA location with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in program/project planning and scheduling
• Master’s degree with 3+ years in program/project planning and scheduling acceptable
• Experience with scheduling software and EVMS/IPMR processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure horizontal/vertical integration
• Interface with functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager
• Conduct IBR and JSR audits and provide weekly status and reporting
• Implement scheduling best practices per industry standards (DCMA 14-point, EVMS)
