Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst - Level 2 or 3, to join our team in Promontory UT. This role will develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), coordinate schedules across programs, and interface with multiple functional teams and leaders.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years (Level 2) or 5+ years (Level 3) of scheduling experience, with familiarity in MS Project, Primavera P6, and EVM practices, and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of scheduling experience (Level 2) or Master’s with 1+ years (Level 2).
• Bachelor’s with 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years for Level 3; alternative 4+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) scheduling software.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools; experienced with EVM practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.
• Implement scheduling best practices per industry standards.
• Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
