Job summary

ICF is seeking a Program Outreach Coordinator to support energy efficiency and customer engagement programs. You will manage Mailchimp communications, newsletters, and stakeholder resources, while coordinating events and cross-functional outreach with subcontractors and clients.

The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Event Management, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience supporting communications, outreach, marketing, event coordination, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute stakeholder communications through Mailchimp, including newsletters, program announcements, event invitations, and trade ally resources.
• Coordinate production and distribution of the Energy Matters newsletter: content curation, layout, review, publication, and survey administration.
• Plan and support program events: communications, registration, attendee tracking, surveys, and logistics.
• Maintain stakeholder, trade ally, subcontractor, and event distribution lists, calendars, outreach trackers, and program documentation.
• Coordinate outreach and engagement with subcontractors, ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration.
• Support client onboarding and background checks related to the program.
• Assist with CRM data management, reporting, and process improvements.
• Contribute to annual outreach planning and SOPs.
