Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates with 2+ years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work with energy efficiency team to evaluate, implement, and verify utility-sponsored projects.
• Provide technical assistance and training on energy efficient technologies.
• Develop and share best practices across the team and organization.
• Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.
• Analyze trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with processing project applications and ensure policy compliance.
• Review forms and submittals for program policy compliance.
• Assign applications for processing and review as per procedures.
• Answer customer and contractor inquiries.
• Coordinate quality control follow-up on inspections and surveys.
