Job summary

Resource Innovations in Peoria, IL is seeking a Program Associate to provide administrative and outreach support for our energy efficiency partnerships with Community Based Organizations across Illinois.

You will coordinate communication, help with partner engagement, collect and review program data, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders while travel to events and sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service, energy efficiency or working with community-based organizations.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams and Salesforce or other CRM.
• Willing to travel regularly across Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and program partners.
• Assist with outreach, partner engagement, and ongoing relationship management.
• Represent the utility and program at community events and staff information tables.
• Collect, review, and maintain program data, invoices, and documentation.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Track project activities, milestones, and deadlines using databases.
• Review partner activities to ensure program compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data and documentation issues.
