Job summary

Johns Hopkins University seeks a Program Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of Hire Hopkins. The role reports to the Executive Director and spans administrative coordination, technology operations, and data hygiene to ensure reliable systems for directors, sector leads, and the team.

The position is remote-first, supports employer engagement, events, and reporting, and requires strong stakeholder management and data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three years progressively responsible experience in program administration in an academic environment.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience per JHU policy.

Responsibilities

• Administrative operations: manage inbox, coordinate inquiries, process expenses in Concur, manage vendor relationships, support events and registrations.
• Technology operations: maintain website, SharePoint, CRM, Handshake; monitor postings and partner integrations; liaison with Office of Digital Transformation.
• Data stewardship & reporting: ensure data hygiene, support ODT data requests, create internal reports and visualizations.
