Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related experience in development coordination, administration, or fundraising support.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and compiling reports.
• Proficiency with donor databases/CRM and budget monitoring processes.

Responsibilities

• Triage internal and external inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate data reporting, gift processing, and donor communications.
• Assist with planning and evaluating events and travel reimbursements.
• Maintain and monitor the operating budget and prepare periodic reports.
• Support gift officers with pipeline management and data accuracy.
