The role serves as the Operations Lead for Peabody LAUNCHPad, translating the Director's priorities into effective programs, services, and systems while ensuring continuity across staff and student employment and administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• One year of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communications with external entities and students.
• Develop and implement community engagement programming.
• Contact and visit employers independently.
• Maintain data on outcomes and provide reports and analysis to leadership.
• Serve as contact with students and alumni to direct them to resources.
• Arrange and coordinate employer related events.
• Assist with gathering and reviewing employer feedback.
• Assist with workshops and events.
• Adhere to all guidelines for employer interactions.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
• Coordinate day-to-day LAUNCHPad operations and office administration.
• Coordinate staff work and oversee student employees and interns.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate office-wide communications and planning cycles.
• Support strategic initiatives and continuity during change.
