Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a fully remote Undergraduate Program Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support for Cal-Bridge activities. You will manage calendars, documents, communications, and participant data, coordinating events, tutoring support, and mentorship programs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1 year of financial-related experience, and ability to travel to multiple locations as needed; a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration with faculty,

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

• Financial management knowledge including GAAP/funding policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master calendars and track deadlines with leadership input.
• Manage contracts, handbooks, forms, and manuals for accuracy.
• Draft communications and maintain program content for newsletters and website.
• Support recruitment by liaising with mentors and partner orgs.
• Coordinate events, workshops, travel, lodging, and on-site logistics.
• Oversee participant progress, transcripts, and academic progress meetings.
• Prepare annual progress reports and funding requests.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal policies.
