DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Program Operations Specialist to keep client programs organized and on track, handling day-to-day operations, logistics timelines, supplier coordination, inventory, and cross-functional workflows.

The role is full-time and remote, requiring strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to work within US hours. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliverables and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management or program operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work US hours.
• Experience with suppliers and 3PL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Onboard timelines for new programs.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics and suppliers.
• Manage inventory, fulfillment, and shipping timelines.
• Track monthly, quarterly client meetings and deliverables.
• Document and improve SOPs and workflows.
