Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator/Analyst to support program management and operations across multiple workstreams. The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, data analysis, and leadership reporting, with a schedule that is remote but allows on-site participation in DTLA as needed.

The ideal candidate will manage competing priorities, develop documentation, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/admin/PM/ops/engineering.
2–5 years of experience supporting projects, programs, or PMO functions.
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Support programs and initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
Coordinate activities across workstreams, teams, and stakeholders for alignment and timely delivery.
Monitor schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion.
Assist with resource planning, workload management, and program execution activities.
Prepare status reports, executive presentations, and leadership communications.
Develop and maintain program documentation, SOPs, and process maps.
Create dashboards and performance metrics for program reporting.
Support governance processes, meetings, and reporting packages.
Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
