Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-disciplined team members to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submit project deliverables that adhere to quality standards.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate change requests affecting schedule and budget.
• Develop user manuals and training materials for client turnover.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
• Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables.
• Manage customer satisfaction during project transitions.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful/unsuccessful elements.
• ERP project oversight.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
