Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare interface deployments for the VA OEHRM program. You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and guide both functional and technical aspects of deployments from initiation through Go-Live.

The role requires working at our Arlington, VA office 4x per week, with 25% travel and collaboration with Release Manager, Delivery Lead, and PMO to maintain schedules and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to raise issues/risks and create mitigations.
• Experience with interface deployment projects and PMO coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Oversee vendor coordination and communication.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Prepare status reports for upper management.
• Work with clients and vendors to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget.
• Collaborate with Release Manager and PMO on status reporting and IMS updates.
• Manage interface readiness for events such as Validation.
• Document and mitigate risks and issues.
• Communicate processes to team members and ensure adherence.
• Maintain Jira backlog for Agile delivery.
• Travel about 25% in the DC metro area.
