Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Information Systems, Program Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing healthcare programs, initiatives, or enterprise transformation efforts.
• Experience planning, managing, executing, and closing complex healthcare programs.
• Experience supporting integrated healthcare delivery systems and large-scale healthcare technology implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities for enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Provide program leadership across scheduling modernization, interoperability, workflow optimization, and adoption.
• Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and execution roadmaps.
• Manage governance, risk, issues, and executive reporting; align objectives with VA priorities.
• Oversee change management, training, adoption strategies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate across scheduling, referral management, and interoperability workstreams.
