Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-team, multi-vendor coordination for VA's PGHD ecosystem. You will oversee delivery across PGHD apps, Validic, and new integrations, aligning goals, stakeholders, and technical execution to mission-critical outcomes.

The role is fully remote (US) with up to 10% travel for quarterly reviews, reporting to Senior PM or Portfolio Lead, and requires strong Agile delivery experience within enterprise healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years relevant experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience supporting federal programs or VA/OCC environment.
• Familiarity with health data integration platforms such as Validic or CGM/remote patient monitoring data.
• Experience with health data API transitions or integrations like Google Health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple products, vendors, and teams in a matrixed environment.
• Supervise staff and manage performance, coaching, and development.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between VA, Validic, and device vendors.
• Drive Google Health API transitions and ensure accurate health metrics.
