Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience in program management.
• Experience leading programs within integrated Health Care Systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships, oversee teams to ensure strategic and effective management of projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Manage risk, budget, and performance; allocate resources by scope and timeline.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
• Serve as liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development.
• Analyze complex project-related problems and craft innovative solutions across schedule, tools, and finances.
• Monitor progress and adjust to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals.
