Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System supporting the USMC enterprise and related DoD missions. You will lead program staff, coordinate with Sales and the USMC PMO, manage budgets, and drive system upgrades and cybersecurity compliance across global projects.

The role requires 6+ years in program management or military experience, top-tier communication skills, and the ability to travel 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience or Military experience.
• Strong leadership and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing large enterprise IT systems and DoD-related programs.
• Ability to coordinate with DoD customers, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program personnel and support staff, manage budget and costs, and provide leadership to engineers and managers.
• Coordinate with Sales, USMC PMO, and end users to align requirements and proposals.
• Oversee system upgrades, lifecycle management, and DoD cybersecurity compliance.
• Manage program risk, schedules, KPI tracking, and contractual deliverables.
