Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a large telecom customer’s inside plant service needs. You will manage field technicians, track tickets, and communicate with customers to ensure timely, high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, experience managing service contracts, and the ability to read electrical schematics. This is a remote position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 10+ years in facilities electrical powering and cooling service management.
• Experience leading service-provider teams (in-house or subcontractors).
• Superior customer service, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read schematics, flowcharts, wiring diagrams and specifications.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel; comfortable with remote web tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct internal technicians to execute preventive maintenance across geographic territory.
• Track open tickets and communicate status to customers.
• Liaise with customers to address questions, problems, and service requests; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate repairs, schedule downtime, and order replacement parts.
• Review inspection reports and advise on maintenance needs.
• Maintain preventive and emergency maintenance reports for customer review.
