National Power, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of the Broadband Services Division, the PM will oversee all aspects of a large telecommunications customer’s inside plant service needs from a remote location.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in facilities electrical powering and cooling service, strong customer service, and experience leading teams of technicians and subcontractors.

Formación

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing facilities electrical powering and cooling service.
• Superior organizational skills; experience managing teams of service providers.
• Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to adapt in a changing work environment; English proficiency high.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency; adept with remote web applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage internal technicians to execute preventative maintenance contracts across geographic territory.
• Track open tickets to ensure timely completion and communicate status to customer.
• Communicate with customers to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment; escalate as needed.
• Arrange for necessary repairs to restore service and schedule them.
• Order parts for needed repairs.
• Read and understand schematics, flowcharts, wiring diagrams and specifications.
• Review inspection reports and provide feedback on maintenance needs; maintain preventative and emergency reports.
