National Power, LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to oversee a large telecommunications customer’s inside plant service needs from a remote location. You will report to the Senior Director of the Broadband Services Division and oversee preventative and emergency maintenance across the geographic territory.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience managing facilities electrical powering and cooling service.
• Superior organizational skills and experience managing teams of service providers (in-house or contractors).
• Excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication, phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work well in a changing work environment and adapt to new requirements.
• Proficient English language (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage internal technicians to execute preventive maintenance contracts within geographic territory.
• Track open tickets, ensuring timely completion and communicating status to the customer.
• Communicate with customers to address questions, problems, and service or equipment requests; escalate when needed.
• Arrange necessary repairs to restore service and schedule them.
• Order parts for repairs as required.
• Read and understand schematics, flowcharts, wiring diagrams and specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of AC & DC electrical systems and batteries; review inspection reports for feedback.
• Maintain preventative and emergency maintenance reports for customer review.
