Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team. The role reports to the Senior Director of the Broadband Services Division and oversees all aspects of a large telecommunications customer’s inside plant service needs.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with prior experience managing large telecom service contracts, with a commitment to superior customer service and a team mentality.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma with some college preferred
• 10+ years of experience managing facilities electrical powering and cooling service
• Superior organizational skills and experience managing teams of service providers
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, and professional etiquette
• Ability to adapt to changing work environment and environment
• Strong English language skills; proficient in MS Word/Excel
• Proven team player with collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal technicians to execute preventative maintenance contracts within geographic territory
• Track open tickets and communicate status to the customer
• Communicate with customers to address questions, problems and service/equipment requests; escalate as needed
• Arrange for repairs to restore service and schedule them
• Order parts for repairs as needed
• Read and understand schematics, flowcharts, wiring diagrams, and specifications
• Provide feedback on inspection reports and maintenance needs based on electrical and battery knowledge
• Maintain preventative and emergency maintenance reports for customer review
