Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Program Manager to coordinate and manage technical and business transitions for Microsoft commerce, subscriptions, and billing across CSP/EA/MCA-E channels. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, detailed planning, and backlog management in a remote, US-based setting.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable guidance for account teams and customers, maintain operational records in Azure DevOps or similar tools, and produce reporting on revenue

Qualifications

• Experience with the Microsoft Commerce Platform.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tenants, subscriptions, commerce, purchasing and billing models, account management, and billing support.
• Understanding of CSP, EA, and MCA-E.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and commerce concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transition and out-of-policy exception requests with detailed plans and cross-functional coordination.
• Support transitions across CSP, EA, MCA-E channels and various billing models.
• Validate customer subscriptions, tenants, and billing information in internal systems to determine eligibility.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable guidance for account teams, partners, and customers.
• Maintain backlog and communicate with stakeholders; track approvals and status in a work-management system.
• Create and maintain reports to track revenue impact, regional trends, and workload.
