Job summary

Shift Paradigm is a trusted consultancy connecting enterprise strategy with technical delivery. We seek a Technical Program Manager to lead client engagements, align cross-functional teams, and own scope and schedules for SaaS migrations and feature work.

You will work with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and other platforms, driving scope, risk management, and margin while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of delivery leadership in a consultancy or agency setting.
• Strong project management fluency with clear communication and transparency.
• Experience spanning PM and PO roles with adaptable methodologies.
• Platform/SaaS delivery experience on analytics, marketing tech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience translating business needs into detailed specs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery, oversee critical migration and development projects, manage budget and timeline.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and client teams to align delivery approach and resolve issues.
• Support discovery sessions, define requirements, and craft scopes of work and SOWs.
