Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Program Manager to coordinate and manage technical and business transitions for Microsoft commerce, subscriptions, and billing across CSP/EA/MCA-E channels. Qualifications

This team manages the technical side of executive escalation risk by ingesting and monitoring support tickets, identifying high-risk cases, and proactively engaging to prevent escalations.
