Job summary

You will define and maintain the program roadmap, enforce budgets, timelines, and quality standards, and work with executive sponsors to drive change and realize benefits across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management with multi-project transformation programs.
• 3+ years of people leadership or coaching experience without direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of PM frameworks (PMI, Agile, SAFe) and proficiency with program management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the program roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with organizational objectives.
• Act as the central governance point to enforce methodology, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to integrate change activities and measure benefits realization.
