Job summary

ACE Partners is seeking a Program Manager, Operations to lead cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, bridging R&D and manufacturing and driving operational rigor to keep customer programs on track.

You will own program timelines, milestones, and resourcing across multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating with engineering, quality, and operations leadership to ensure compliance and audit readiness while supporting capital planning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in medical device manufacturing or a regulated environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs without direct authority over all team members.
• Strong track record of process improvement, prioritization, or operational excellence work.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders at once.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Experience with R&D collaboration on new product introductions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs across R&D, engineering, quality, and manufacturing from concept through delivery.
• Own program timelines, milestones, and resourcing across multiple concurrent customer programs.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between R&D teams and manufacturing operations.
• Build and maintain prioritization frameworks to keep programs moving and resources aligned with real demand.
• Drive KPI development and performance tracking to give leadership real-time visibility into program health.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory to keep programs compliant and audit-ready throughout.
• Support capital and facility planning tied to program and operational growth.
• Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
