Job summary

Schellman is seeking a Program Manager to own a portfolio of interconnected workstreams and ensure they deliver strategic value. You will manage interdependencies, risks, and resources, and partner with executives for governance and adoption.

The role emphasizes change management, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership. Remote-friendly US-wide, and travel for internal/client initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
7+ years of project/program management experience.
Experience building and leading change management plans (communications, training, adoption).
Experience mentoring or guiding other project management staff.
Experience on IT-related projects using waterfall and/or agile/hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

Own and lead multiple interconnected workstreams from initiation through close.
Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and resources across workstreams.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
Monitor program performance and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
Mentor PMO staff and promote best practices in project management.
