Standard Bots is seeking a high-ownership Program Manager to translate strategic mandates into executable plans at our Glen Cove, NY facility. You will own programs bridging manufacturing, corporate strategy, and operations, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and program execution, with direct CEO visibility and a track record of driving decisions in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading cross-functional programs to executive decisions in manufacturing/ops, corporate strategy or BizOps in hardware or related consulting.
• Ownership of a complex, ambiguous effort from strategy through executable plan.
• Financial modeling fluency: breakeven, CapEx, unit economics, EBITDA multiples.
• Executive communication: structured written synthesis and board-quality presentations.
• Vendor and consultant management, scoping and budget/deadline adherence.
• Comfort operating without a playbook, startup pace, with direct executive exposure.

Responsibilities

• Establish programs by transforming an ambiguous mandate into organized work-streams with owners, milestones, and budget.
• Build the plan by turning strategy into decision-grade plans: requirements, options, costs, and sequencing.
• Own execution by driving work-streams to completion, guarding schedule and budget, clearing blockers.
• Manage stakeholders and partners, coordinating internal functions and external consultants within budget and deadlines.
• Quantify the decision with financial models, make-vs-buy, CapEx, and unit economics.
• Drive to a decision by synthesizing work into executive-grade readouts for leadership.
