Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations to oversee program plans, schedules, and budgets for new and existing products. This remote position allows work from anywhere in the United States while leading programs and managing suppliers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree with over 8 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems are essential. Some travel is expected to factories in Europe and Mexico.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management, manufacturing, operations, and/or supply chain experience.
• Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
• Willingness to travel 50% to factories in Europe and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium size programs to adhere to plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage key suppliers and develop program milestones.
• Prepare and present reporting on program value-stream strategy.
• Support strategic planning efforts and customer actions.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
