Job summary

Walker & Dunlop is seeking a Program Manager for Software Delivery to lead complex, cross-functional delivery programs that translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. You will partner with senior leadership, engineering, product, and design to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure successful execution across initiatives.

Responsibilities include defining goals, roadmaps, governance, and scalable reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field; 7+ years in software delivery or program management.
3+ years managing multiple concurrent software delivery initiatives or programs.
Proven experience with senior leadership and executive stakeholders in enterprise-scale or SaaS environments.
PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage software delivery programs aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.
Define program goals, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps with technology stakeholders.
Coordinate dependencies, risks, timelines, and priorities to support cohesive end-to-end delivery.
Establish governance, reporting, and communication frameworks across teams and audiences.
Drive collaboration and decision-making across engineering, product, design, and business teams.
Champion continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and processes.
