Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 4 years in training or related medical device area.
• 5+ years in sales, sales training, or related roles preferred.
• Experience with curriculum development or instructional design advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with medical devices and healthcare industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: lead sessions, workshops, role-plays, and meetings for sales personnel.
• Improve programs by monitoring effectiveness and adjusting as needed.
• Collect feedback from trainees and leadership to drive improvements.
• Needs assessment to identify training gaps within the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with business objectives.
• Design and develop curricula aligned with company goals.
• Create training materials including presentations, SOPs, e-learning, and role-plays.
• Develop assessment tools to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Manage training resources, materials, products, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Provide coaching to sales reps to reinforce concepts and boost performance.
