Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Program Manager for Sales Training and Development in its Neuromodulation division. This remote role supports seller readiness and performance by managing training content and coordinating delivery across the organization.

You will design curricula, create materials, and implement assessments while aligning with product updates and sales goals. Strong program management and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of training or related medical device experience.
• Experience in curriculum development or instructional design preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, role-plays for sales personnel at various levels.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs and implement improvements.
• Identify training needs and skill gaps with sales leadership.
• Design and develop structured training curricula aligned with sales goals.
• Create training materials (presentations, manuals, SOPs, e-learning).
• Develop assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align with business strategy.
• Manage training resources, including materials and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Provide coaching to sales representatives to reinforce concepts.
