Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in training or in related medical device areas.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, role-plays, and meetings for sales personnel at various levels.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust to improve results; incorporate feedback from trainees and leadership.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and align programs with business objectives.
• Design and develop structured training curricula aligned with company goals.
• Create training materials including presentations, manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and role-plays.
• Develop assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness and learner comprehension.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure training alignment with strategy.
• Manage training resources, including materials, products, and budgets.
• Ensure all materials comply with medical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Provide coaching and support to sales reps to reinforce concepts and boost performance.
