Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and infrastructure. You will turn ambiguous goals into scoped plans, assign owners, and ship outcomes while reporting health to leadership.

You will manage roadmaps, unblock dependencies, and track KPIs, coordinating with leadership on headcount planning and resource allocation. This role is fully remote with an Austin, TX base.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of program or technical project management experience in software/SaaS.
• Proven track record leading multi-team programs from kickoff to launch.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, or Linear and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Ability to understand APIs, infrastructure, and release pipelines to plan work.
• Excellent written communication with clear exec summaries.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Bonus: PMP/CSM/SAFe, SQL or BI tools like Looker/Tableau, startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs from kickoff to launch.
• Build and maintain program plans in Jira, Asana, or Linear.
• Run syncs, status reviews, and exec readouts with data-backed progress.
• Identify blockers and negotiate priorities across teams.
• Establish and track KPIs and drive post-launch retrospectives.
• Improve release management, sprint ceremonies, and escalation paths.
• Partner with leadership on headcount planning, resources, and roadmap prioritization.
