Blueprint Creative Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead Rural Health campaigns for state and federal public health clients. You will own the contract from workplan to measurable outcomes, guiding marketing direction for creative and media teams and maintaining calm, clear client communications with TDH.

The role requires managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and campaigns across channels, and delivering campaigns grounded in audience research and testing to achieve measurable health

Qualificações

• 7+ years leading public health or public sector programs with hands-on ownership.
• Experience running complex multi-stakeholder programs on budget and deadline.
• Fluency in behavior change and social marketing; audience segmentation.
• Strong client and cross-functional team leadership, including vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Run the program: translate contract scope into workplans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Lead the marketing: strategy and execution for awareness, public education, and marketing campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and community channels.
• Own the client relationship: day-to-day client lead for the Tennessee Department of Health, managing expectations and reporting.
• Direct the team: lead cross-functional creative, media, digital, and community teams plus subcontractors.
• Measure and optimize: track KPIs and report results to the client, using data to optimize campaigns.
