Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Training or certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred.
• Familiarity with digital health technologies and telehealth integration strongly desired.
• 5-7 years of experience in program management within healthcare or digital health initiatives.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with contractors and sub-awardees.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Support sub-awardees and contractors in implementing digital health projects; provide technical assistance and training; monitor milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Teamwork: Participate in workgroups and strategic planning; lead by example to promote accountability and morale across US Programs and the organization.
• Business Development: Assist in development and submission of grant and contract requests; maintain relationships with donors and clients; track trends.
