Responsibilities

• Own the full program: translate contract scope into workplans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Lead strategy and execution for awareness and marketing campaigns across paid, earned, owned channels.
• Manage the Tennessee Department of Health relationship, reporting, and expectations.
• Direct cross-functional creative, media, digital, and vendors to align with campaign strategy.
• Measure performance against KPIs and optimize campaigns for health outcomes.
