ProAmpac is seeking a full-time Manager, Retirement & Pension Plan to oversee retirement program administration, vendor partnerships, and compliance. This remote U.S.-based role collaborates with Benefits, Payroll, Finance, HR, Legal, and providers to ensure accurate plan execution and a positive employee experience.

Requirements include 4-6 years in retirement plan administration, knowledge of compliance, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years of retirement plan administration or benefits experience.
• Knowledge of retirement plan compliance and vendor management.
• Professional certifications such as CEBS, RMA, CRPP, or CPFA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration of retirement and pension programs.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective plan operations.
• Support compliance requirements, audits, and plan documentation.
• Review retirement eligibility, contribution, and deduction data.
• Resolve employee and HR inquiries related to retirement benefits.
• Drive process improvements and program enhancements.
