Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support retail banking construction programs. This remote role requires working during Eastern Standard Time hours and offers exposure to large-scale real estate projects across banking clients.

You will develop and implement project management processes, conduct risk analysis, monitor performance, and report on KPIs while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of program management, forecasting, budgeting, planning, and construction contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office and data management software with excellent communication skills.
