Job summary

Bodw is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the global Real Property Support Services (RPSS) program supporting Department of Defense (DoD) installations worldwide. The PM will oversee audit readiness, facility data management, and infrastructure planning.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience with DoD real property systems. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting two or more DoD Real Property Systems.
• 5+ years of experience managing professional teams and complex programs.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of RPSS across multiple DoD organizations.
• Manage program resources, staffing, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with DoD real property policies.
