Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead Federal Real Property initiatives, including property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, and portfolio management, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibilities include directing complex engagements within DHS/DoD, coordinating across multiple teams and agencies, managing risk, and delivering programs on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Department of Defense (DoD).
• Minimum 10 years of Federal Real Property management experience (property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management, regulatory compliance).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct complex engagements or projects within DHS or DoD.
• Manage high-stakes, large-scale initiatives across multiple teams, agencies, or contractors; align with strategic goals and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee infrastructure development, policy implementation, risk management, and resource allocation within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive programmatic success and organizational change; perform other duties as assigned.
