Job summary

Bodwé Professional Services Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead a global Real Property Support Services program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in DoD Real Property Systems and 5 years managing professional teams.

This remote position entails strategic leadership and program oversight, ensuring compliance with audit readiness and real property management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting two or more DoD Real Property Systems of Record.
• 5+ years of experience managing professional teams and complex programs.
• Demonstrated experience in program planning, resource management, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Real Property Support Services across multiple DoD organizations.
• Manage program resources, staffing, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with DoD real property policies and audit requirements.
